    Hi everyone,

    I have a room for rent. The summary is following:

    One bedroom, with a bath in 2-bed 2-bath room, is available to sublease.

    Location: Waterview park Phase II

    Time: available from now. (negotiate the detail)

    Rent: $540 (rent) +$15 (water)= $555/ month, I will give you $100/month cash back.
