A friend of mine is looking for somebody to share her house. It's a 3 bedrooms house, with 2 bathrooms. Only1 mile from UTD. The tenant will live in one of these fully furnished bedrooms and has a private bathroom. Rent is $500/month, which already includes laundry, cable, internet, and all other bills paid (i.e. electricity, water…). Here are more details:
The house is 3/2/2 with attached garage. Big backyard that overlooks a park. With a Richardson address, the renter can get a membership to the library with access to computers, swimming pool if interested. There is a designated bike trail. The house is 1 mile south of the UTD campus. Close to I-75 Hwy, I-635 Hwy, and George Bush Freeway. Near a bus route. Quiet neighborhood as the neighbors are older and kids are grown. The bedroom is fully furnished with bed and dresser. Private bathroom.
