现有两层house出租，带独立大院，地点位于Campbell 路南侧，步行5分钟路程到UTD。附近有超市（Sprouts与Tom Thumbs），饭馆与银行。新装修，一楼木质地板，二楼新地毯。每个房间都有Walk-in closet。 一楼配有沙发、餐桌、电视、冰箱、微波炉、洗衣机与烘干机。月租为$1800，根据房间大小与位置进行分摊（一楼卧室$500~550；二楼卧室$400~430）。Utilities 均摊。House的大致结构如下：
Living room: 12.6X14
Family room (dining room) + breakfast area: 22X11
Kitchen: 11.5X12.5
Bedroom1 (downstairs): 12X13
Bedroom2 (upstairs, right): 11.5X14
Bedroom3 (upstairs, left1): 11.6X11.6
Bedroom4 (upstairs, left2): 10X10.7
