对二手车决定买前三个必要的步骤：
1）看车、试驾；
2）check其history (www.ca***x.com 或 www.autocheck.com） —— 从dealer买的话，一般dealer会主动提供的；但私人的车一般需要自己买histroy report;
3）开到Auto Repair Shop 检查。
这三个步骤一个都不应少，否则风险还是蛮大的。
