We're gonna move on March 8th so we wanna sublease the whole apartment.
It's 2b2b floor plan called The Wimbledon. Here is the website of Chatham Court:

The exact address is 7815 McCallum Blvd. Really convenient to get to UTD because its on the free 883 shuttle line. You can also walk 10 minutes to Pavillion Square which have a Super Target, a ROSS, a Marshalls and many other restaurants and cafes. Also very close to CHASE and BOA.
You can drive 5 minutes to Home Goods, Sprouts, Tom thomb, Sam's Club, Walmart.... It's just not far from anywhere.
All facilities are in good condition.
2nd(top) floor, in the middle of the buildings, very quiet

Renewal price for a 15 months lease will be $848 plus pet control fee & trash collection fee $29. So total amount per month would be $877.
