§ Unfurnished bedroom with private bath. Has 2 closets and built-in desk. Room size is 15x12.
§ $500/month that includes rent and utilities, wireless internet, and kitchen/laundry privileges.
§ Less than 2 miles from UTD campus – on UTD’s bus line. Bus stop ¼ mile from home.
§ Good location for shopping & dining. Coit & Campbell area. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

以上是我房东准备出租的两个room， 房东是一对非常nice的美国夫妇， 两个bedroom，条件都很好，都各自附有bathroom。House的条件，地理位置和周围的环境都很好，就在Coit和 Campbell 的交界处，即sprouts的背后，步行去ROSS,Target也最多10分钟。顺便可以更多的了解American's life and improve your spoken English ,这是个不错的选择。
第一个房间是我现在住的，八月中可入住，第二个现在就可入住。
