Entry Level Accountant Associate

A fast growing eCommerce company seeks an ambitious and eager fresh graduate in accounting or finance related degree to build our accounting department. The incumbent will be trained and learn all accounting functions, including A/R, A/P , G/L, and account reconciliation. Skills Requirements/Qualifications:
- Speak and read English fluently.
- Smart, motivated, analytical and insightful
- bachelor or master degree with major in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- 1 plus years’ experience in accounting and/or finance internship
- Fluency in Peachtree or QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel.
- Strong customer service, vendor negotiation and interpersonal skills are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- A/R, applies payments to open invoices and send invoice to customers.
- A/P, review and enter all vendor invoices, pay vendors on weekly basis.
- Account Reconcile; reconcile the credit card account expense to accounting records.
- Reporting, Analyze accounts receivable balances for financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Ensure all transactions are entered into the accounting records.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accounting files on a regular basis.
