My roommate and I want to rent our living room. We are girls and very kind and clean.
The living room is very big and bright. There are also a big desk and shelf where you have big space to put your books and other stuff in our living room. The television which has more than 50 channels is also in the living room.And it's a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, so you can share one bathroom with either of us.
Chatham is the best community in Mccallum. It's near the school bus station. You only have to walk about 3 minutes to get to the bus stop.
My roommate is from Peru and I'm from China. It's also a very good chance to practice english with each other.
Renting from May 10th. Price will be very cheap.$280 per month.
If you like the room, it is possible to seperate the living room and change it into a small room using some seperate stuff.And you can have your private space.
